You don't think about dying when you're 18. It's only when you're up in you 80s' that you think about dying.
The reason you get sick is because your world is sick.
Without the basics what can you learn?
You won't have a foundation to build on.
The fuel that keeps your world alive is called PRANA (Your breath.)
Once you hit rock bottom,
you can't do it again
because there's nothing to do.
That's what I do, I take everybody back to the basics.
