that you think about dying.
The reason you
get sick
is because your world
is sick.
Without the basics
what can you learn?
You won't have a
foundation to build on.
The fuel that keeps your world alive is called PRANA;your breath.
Once you hit
rock bottom,
you can't
do it again
because there's
nothing to do.
That's what I do,
I take everybody
back to the basics.
All beginnings
have to start
somewhere.
