CONVINCE YOURSELF

All mind games are very dangerous games.
Some are more dangerous than others.



Once you succeed in convincing yourself that you are not worthy of love, it's going to take equally as long a time to convince yourself that you are worthy of love. Don't leave it too long. Bodies only live for a limited amount of time. Everything in the world bears an expiration date, including people. Convincing yourself that you are not lovable is much more difficult than convincing yourself that you are lovable. Convincing yourself that you not lovable is a fantasy. Convincing yourself that your are lovable is a fact. It's easier because you are convincing yourself of the obvious.
