THE TRUE PUBLIC SERVANT

A true public servant is there to serve the needs of the people. When he starts serving the 'wants' of his mind, then he is corrupt. He can do himself no good, neither, the people he professes to serve.



When the leader of one country tells the people of another country that 'You are good people but your Government is bad', don't believe him whoever he may be. It is not possible to separate the people from the Government. The Government comes out of the people. If that leader is against your Government, then he is against you!



What does a Government say to the people? "We are doing this for you, to protect you!" I have no problem with saying "Not in my name!", but that is not enough. Action has to follow.
What are you willing to give up?



No meaningful change can ever happen without giving up something! Depending on what you give up, depends on whether change is for the better or for the worse.
